Plenty of the complexes off Pump Road and West Broad have rules about washing cars on the property. Check with your leasing office first. If an exterior wash isn't allowed, an interior detail usually still is.
Pollen season
Every April the cars out here turn yellow. A rinse and a spray foam wash loosen the pollen before the bucket wash, which is how you get it off without fine scratches.

Mobile car wash and detailing in Short Pump: questions
No. Short Pump is well inside our free travel area.
Usually, as long as your building allows it and there's an outdoor outlet and water within reach. If there's no water, an interior detail often still works. Text us the address and we'll let you know.
An outdoor water spigot and a regular outlet within about 50 feet of the car, and enough room to open all the doors. Take all valuables and personal items out before we arrive. We don't move or go through personal things, so any spot that still has them (a seat, the floor, the trunk, the glove box or console) is skipped. We're not responsible for anything left in the car. We clean around car seats but don't remove or reinstall them.
If the forecast looks bad, we'll text you the day before and move you to the next open slot. There's never a fee for a weather reschedule. Light drizzle doesn't stop an interior detail.
After the job, once you've looked the car over. We take credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay (tap to pay on our phone), cash, Zelle, Venmo and Cash App. No deposit and no card on file.
