Travel is free within 20 miles of Richmond. That covers Richmond, Henrico, most of Chesterfield, Mechanicsville, Ashland and Manakin-Sabot. Further out (Powhatan, Goochland, New Kent or Petersburg, for example), there's a flat $25 travel fee, and the booking form shows it before you book.

Often, yes. Some apartment complexes and office parks don't allow car washing in their lots, so check with the leasing office or property manager first. If an exterior wash isn't allowed, an interior detail usually is, because nothing runs off the car. We just need an outlet we can reach.

An outdoor water spigot and a regular outlet within about 50 feet of the car, and enough room to open all the doors. Take all valuables and personal items out before we arrive. We don't move or go through personal things, so any spot that still has them (a seat, the floor, the trunk, the glove box or console) is skipped. We're not responsible for anything left in the car. We clean around car seats but don't remove or reinstall them.
